What is Holistic Health and Integrative Health?
Holistic health involves addressing the “whole” of a person, which includes physical, mental and spiritual. The focus is on the client’s whole, rather than just the “symptoms” or the issues that appear on the surface level. Integrative health (a form of holistic health) encompasses the promotion of overall health and well-being, which includes illness prevention and maintenance through healthy living.
What is Wellness?
Wellness is defined as a healthy balance of the mind, body and spirit that results in an overall feeling of well-being and good health. Wellness is an active process of becoming aware and making choices toward a more successful existence. (Wellness wheel)

Optimal wellness, mind and body, is key. My purpose and goal is to educate, guide, counsel and coach in all areas of health and wellness. Everyone’s goals and concerns are different, so you can count on your sessions being specifically tailored to your needs!
How often should we schedule our sessions?
Typically, sessions are held every week. Some clients prefer to have 2 sessions for the first week and then one every week after that. In some instances, the preference is to have sessions every 2 weeks, which is also acceptable.
Are you a dietician?
I am not a dietician. Dieticians are taught government sanctioned health information.
Are you a medical doctor?
I am not a medical doctor. I am a Registered Natural Health Practitioner, Certified Health and Behavioral Coach and Certified Integrative Wellness Counselor.
Will you work with my doctor and other care providers?
Absolutely! All you’d have to do is sign consent forms, giving permission for your coach to contact your providers, share information and discuss your personal health information.
What if I feel like I’m “too far gone” and wouldn’t know where to start?
That’s okay! Regardless of how difficult you think it might be to make positive changes, it isn’t impossible and we’ll work together to design a natural health and optimal wellness plan that would be specifically tailored to you.
Do you take children on as clients?
Yes, but only with the consent of the parent(s) and only if the parent(s) also agree to commit to the process, as well.
Where do you hold your sessions?
All sessions are held virtually, by phone or via a secure HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform. This means that you can have your sessions wherever you’d like, as long as you have access to a computer and webcam!
Do you accept insurance or FSA/HSA cards?
Insurance is not accepted at this time. Payments can be made using all major debit and credit cards. FSA and HSA cards are accepted, though!
Do you ever have any discounts?
If you purchase a session package (4, 8, 12, or 16 sessions), you will receive a discount. The more sessions you purchase, the greater the discount is (see services page). Discounts are also sent out via email and social media, so please be sure to sign up to be added to Anew email list!
Do I HAVE to purchase a session package?
No, you do not. You can pay for each individual session and schedule them one by one. You will save the most money with purchasing a package, though.
