Welcome to Anew Integrative Health and Wellness!

My name is Gemma and I am a National Board Certified Health Coach, Certified Integrative Wellness Counselor, Registered Natural Health Practitioner and Certified Yoga Instructor. I’m so happy that you’ve landed on my page! I’ve been working as a coach for the past 10 years and I am so blessed and humbled to be a part of the transformation of the lives of so many! I believe that we have the power to take charge of our own lives through education, support, and connecting with the right professionals. I love being a part of people’s journeys while I guide them on their path to improvement and freedom from the things they’ve felt shackled to.

My priority is to build an authentic partnership with you as we work towards your goals and the ultimate vision you have for yourself!

Here at Anew Integrative and Wellness, my goal is to provide support, training, tools and education that will help you achieve your health goals (both physical and mental), heal negative patterns and core issues which will, in turn, put you on the path to optimal wellness so that you can live the life you have always dreamed of living! As we work together, you will be guided on how to establish and maintain optimal wellness through health management, lifestyle modifications, behavior change, exercise and stress reduction, accountability, self care, just to name a few. I created Anew to empower clients to make effective changes that would benefit their health in the best way possible!

I offer two types of coaching:

  • Virtual one-on-one sessions via phone or video call
  • Text-based coaching through a secure chat platform for flexible, ongoing support.

Video or phone sessions are live, scheduled conversations that allow for deeper discussion and real-time interaction.

Text-based coaching is asynchronous—messages are exchanged over time—allowing you to reflect, respond at your own pace, and receive regular support throughout your week.

Anyone looking to improve their health and well-being can benefit. I work with people managing stress, struggling with weight, creating better habits, working through mental blocks, managing chronic conditions, or simply trying to feel more balanced and fulfilled.

As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I do not prescribe specific diets or exercise regimens. Instead, I help you build healthier routines, explore what works for your body and lifestyle, and make choices that feel sustainable and empowering.

For video/phone sessions, most clients meet weekly or biweekly. This can be tailored to your needs. Text-based coaching allows for continuous communication throughout the week, typically with check-ins 1–2 times per day, Monday through Friday.

Our work together begins with discovery—getting to know your goals, values, and vision for wellness. We then brainstorm possibilities, explore obstacles, set action steps, and celebrate your wins as you build momentum and lasting change.

Yes! Many clients find it helpful to have flexible, ongoing access to coaching throughout the week. It’s great for those who prefer to reflect in writing, need support between sessions, or have busy schedules that make live calls difficult.

I check messages multiple times throughout the day during business hours and respond within 24 hours on weekdays. While it’s not an instant chat, you’ll receive consistent support and thoughtful responses throughout the week.

Absolutely. All sessions—whether video, phone, or text—are private and confidential. I use secure platforms that protect your personal information and comply with HIPAA standards.

Yes! Clients are welcome to switch formats or combine both, depending on their goals and preferences. Some clients start with text-based coaching and later add live sessions for deeper exploration.

It varies. Some clients work with me for a few months to reach a specific goal, while others continue longer for ongoing support and accountability. We’ll customize the experience to suit your needs.

Yes, I support clients managing conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, PCOS, and more. I do not diagnose or treat, but I work alongside your healthcare team to help you build healthier habits that support your treatment plan.

I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with over 10 years of experience. I also hold credentials in integrative wellness and behavior change and am passionate about helping people become the healthiest version of themselves.

The first session is a discovery call where we explore your goals, what’s most important to you, and how coaching can support your journey. It’s a chance to get clear, inspired, and ready to take the next step.

At !this time, I do not accept insurance. However, many clients use HSA/FSA funds to pay for coaching. I’m happy to provide invoices if needed.

Select a package and pricing option. Once that is done, you will be sent emails to complete onboarding steps. This includes creating your account on the platform where we’ll meet for sessions and commincate with each other!
