What is Text-Based Coaching?

Text-based coaching is an ongoing conversation between you and me — your personal health coach — via secure chat messaging. We communicate through a private platform where you can message me your thoughts, challenges, goals, wins, or questions, and I respond with personalized support, guidance, and tools to help you move forward.

This isn’t an automated chat or a bot. You’ll be working directly with me, a board-certified coach with years of experience helping clients just like you create real, sustainable change.
